JustWorkout is committed to your right to privacy. We want to make your experience with us as safe, satisfying and convenient as possible. JustWorkout complies strictly with New Zealand's Privacy Act and its 12 information privacy principles which deal with the collection, holding, use and disclosure of personal information.

The information we receive from you is used solely for the purposes stated. This information will remain with us. We will not sell or trade or share this information with any other company or individual.

You have the option not to provide this information over our website. If you prefer, you can provide the information via mail, email or by telephone.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?

Where personal information is provided to us, JustWorkout maintains and uses that information in strict conformity with the Privacy Act. This includes your right under the Act to access information about yourself and to ask for it to be corrected, and to limit the purposes for which it can be used. Amtrax will not release your personal data without your consent.

When you submit information to us via one of our online forms, we ask you for your a range of information, which may or may not include your email address, your name, your postal address, and your telephone number. We use the information you provide about yourself to process the relevant enquiry you have made. We may use your return email address to contact you for further information, or to acknowledge receipt of your enquiry. Your address will not be shared with any outside party. The phone number you provide may be used to call you if we have questions regarding your enquiry.

We may use your email address to send you occasional newsletters or special offers. If at any time you do not wish to receive these you can unsubscribe from our mailing list.

What about cookies?

The JustWorkout website does not use cookies. (Cookies are a small piece of software saved to your computer hard drive to allow website's to identify you at a future date, or to track your movements on the web.)
