We encourage you to work with our Qualified Personal Trainers. They are skilled at helping you build a strong foundation in fitness which, in conjunction with our cutting edge equipment and a balanced diet, will help you to achieve that lifetime habit of staying in shape.
Your trainer will help you get started, provide training within your budget and suggest dates for follow ups. You are welcome to seek variation in programmes and try workouts with different trainers. The keys are variation, results, and trainers whose company you enjoy. Please note: many of our trainers work at more than one branch.
