
This
fantastic seniors exercise programme from AUT offering strength,
balance and conditioning workouts for the over 60's is available at
JustWorkout Forrest Hill and Devonport clubs.
As
seen on the popular Human Potential series on TV1, today it caters for
well over 200 people each week. For many of those 60yrs and over who
belong to the programme, it has become the highlight of their week. A
chance to "turn back the clock a little" and make new friends as they
workout together on their fitness - in a fun, professionally organised and
supportive environment.
Classes are just $6 per visit or $55 for a 10 session card.
